About I Am The Avalanche

I Am the Avalanche is a punk rock/post-hardcore band from Brooklyn, New York, formed in 2004. Fronted by Vinnie Caruana (formerly of The Movielife), the band merges emo intensity with melodic hardcore energy. They're known for standout tracks like "The Shape I'm In," "Brooklyn Dodgers," and "Holy Fuck." Their latest album is Dive (2020). Aries United (2011) hit No. 9 on Billboard’s Heatseekers, Wolverines (2014) cracked the Billboard 200.
